These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eachkin.com and its related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who the Services Are For

The Services are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information directly through the Site. A parent or caregiver may provide limited information about a child, such as an age range and play preferences, to receive a Play Profile.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must provide accurate information when you choose to submit it and must not interfere with the security, operation, or access controls of the Services.

Content, Journal, and Play Profiles

EachKin’s Journal, guides, activity ideas, Kit Finder, and Play Profiles are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, developmental, educational, or diagnostic assessments and do not guarantee any particular outcome for a child or family. Parents and caregivers remain responsible for supervision, safety, and decisions concerning their children.

Digital Guides and Downloads

Any guide or downloadable material we make available is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Newsletter and Communications

When you submit a form that states you will receive EachKin emails or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive the communications described at the time of signup. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Transactional or service communications may still be sent when appropriate.

Products, Prices, and Availability

Products, prices, availability, and purchasing options may change. If products are offered for purchase, the details displayed at the time of purchase, together with any applicable policies shown on the Site or at checkout, will apply. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order is submitted, to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The EachKin name, logo, Site design, text, photographs, guides, and other content are owned by or licensed to EachKin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of that material.

Feedback and Submissions

If you send feedback or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and otherwise use that feedback for operating and improving the Services, without an obligation to compensate you, unless prohibited by law.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
